Ordering
All items offered for sale are new and available while stocks last. The quantity available is shown against each item. If we are out of stock of an item, we will endeavour to get it back in as soon as possible, but bear in mind that a large number or our items come straight from the manufacturer and sometimes we have to wait for them to make the item. We do not have other companies drop ship for us, unless the item is made to order, if it is listed and it is in stock, it is available for immediate delivery. If an item is out of stock, you will see an out of stock message next to the price and the checkout will not accept your order for the item
While browsing the website you can add items to your basket by clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button, if you select an item by error it can be removed at the checkout. Once you have finished selecting your purchases, please proceed to the checkout and complete your details and payment. Your order will be confirmed by email and the money debited from your account once you have completed the checkout.

We offer a number of payment gateways including express checkouts from PayPal checkout and Google express checkout, Moneybookers and Moneybookers E wallet. secureform, PayOffline or any of the following credit / debit cards. Visa; MasterCard; Maestro; Switch; Delta and Solo through our own card processing terminal
Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide. Post and packing charges will be shown in the checkout when you select your country from the drop down list in the checkout, our postage charges are based on the weight of the item and not high packing charges. On notification of your cleared payment, your order will be shipped. On a working day, orders placed before 4.15 are shipped same day where possible, orders received after 4.15 on Fridays are shipped the following Monday. UK orders can be sent by first class mail, recorded delivery or special delivery (next working day by 1pm)
International orders can be sent by standard airmail or international signed for.
Returns Policy
In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we operate a 14 day money back guarantee / exchange policy. Items for refund should be returned, post paid, in their original condition and packaging. A receipt of posting should be obtained from your post office, please enclose your name and address along with your invoice number. On receipt of your item(s) in perfect condition a refund of the purchase price less postage will be made to your card or PayPal account within 48 hours. We are unable to refund goods that are damaged in transit to us.
Items for exchange should be returned post paid with details of what is required, for example a slightly larger or smaller size of ring. We sell rings from a number of manufactures and sizes do vary slightly from one manufacturer to another.
Privacy Policy
Customer’s personal information provided to us is held on our computers for internal use during processing orders etc. No personal information held by us will be released to anyone, unless required to do so by law. Online transactions are handled by our various payment providers on our behalf and therefore we do not see customers financial details, telephone orders paid by card are processed through our own electronic terminal and then card details are destroyed. All our data handling and storage complies with the data protection act
