The polished chrome plated quartz movement and dial 'float' within the case and are secured to the rear poly glass, where you will find the battery compartment. The sides and front are glass. The movement requires 1x AA battery (supplied). This clock is boxed and fully guaranteed for 1 year from date of purchase.
